Description

Brady Gang leader Alfred Brady was shot and killed by federal law enforcement authorities on Central Street in front of Dakin's Store on October 12th, 1937 at about 8:30 a.m.

In this photograph Brady is lying perpendicular to old trolley tracks in a general north-south position with his head facing southerly. The uniformed police officer is Eddie Connelly. The man in the overcoat and fedora hat is Harry McNeil who was the city physician.
